About the Founder
Erica Wilson, BSN RN is a compassionate and highly professional nurse with extensive experience in the ICU, Home Health, and Nurse supervisor Roles. She brings a strong blend of clinical skill, leadership, and family centered care to FCC.
Her career has been dedicated to supporting patients through some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives - advocating for dignity, safety, personalized care, and emotional support. As a nursing supervisor, Erica has overseen teams, ensured compliance, coordinated care across services, and upheld high standards of patients well-being.
Her vision for FCC is to create a warm, home-style assisted living environment where every family can feel at home.
